I posted this in the Welcome board also. I'm new so excuse me if I'm doing this incorrectly.

I just came across this forum and thought it might help me out. I suffer from severe anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. Because of my current life circumstances and environment, both have increased dramatically and at times I feel hopeless. Lots and lots of tears. My hop is that this will be a place for me to come when I have no place else to go. I also hope that maybe some of my experiences might help you.

Feel free to express your self here, as long as it is not offending other members of the board feelings...And just enjoy your stay in here...If you have questions and problems, feel free to post it here...Everyone in here are very much welling to help.

And just post your experiences in the boards, this may also help other members regarding their problems that relates on you.
