Dunno if you've heard of westlife , they are the biggest boy band in the uk right now and have been for 9 years lol well they have helped me deal with my depression and anxiety through theyre music, I have been to theyre last 3 gigs and the most recent one was last sunday , and on the monday i went to try meet them and I ended up meeting just one nicky which was enough for me, ok i still had troble sleeping but i have had 3 days of pure happiness and constant smiling and thois is somethng i havent felt in ages laugh laugh

I am so happy for you that you find a way to ease your problem on depression and anxiety through the songs of Westlife Band...That is a good new.
