hey
just wanted to say that i have finally got an appointment to see a councellor next thursday ... i hope that she/he will help me but i know that at the end of the day i have to help myself but at least i now have the sense of security that i will be seeing someone who can help me
it is now the summer holidays for me and im nervous about going back in september not only because i will probably still be coping with agoraphobia but also because i will be going into Year 11 ... this means yet more stress, more coursework and then finally GCSES  ... im not ready for that but everyone has to go through it i suppose
anyway
ill keep you updated
