New guy to the forum, but too familiar with anxiety, depression, doubt and other stuff for a lot of years.

I've got persistent background anxiety and social anxiety. The preoccupation with not freaking out, or just enduring the freak out takes alot of time and energy - sometimes all of it.

Well, if everything was fine, I'd find a way to question that too.

So hello everyone. I appreciate everyone's thoughts and stories.
