Hi

I would just like to say hello to everyone.

Been suffering with Anxiety/Panic Disorder for over 1 year now and i would like to share views on the way others feel when they suffer a panic attack or anxiety attack.

I am on Citalopram 20mg to help my symptoms (panic/anxiety/depresion)and at the beginning of my illness i was off work for 6 months and underwent CBT Therapy which i didn't feel really helped me.

I look at my illness as part of my life now and don't let it stop me from doing my daily tasks like work etc. Don't get me wrong, i have really bad days, headaches, tiredness, feel im not concentrating, dizziness, tingling in my hands and around my face, but i know i have to carry on and not let this illness run my life.

I would like to chat with anybody suffering the same problems as me, for peace of mind really.
