after having a 3 or 4 day period of sudden depression for no reason, i started to feel normal but couldnt help worrying when i started thinking about it. i'll hang out with my friends and that keeps my mind off of it the whole time. i feel normal but its just easy for me to worry now.its times in the morning or at night when im alone that i get scared or worried but i dont exactly know what it is that im scared of. lots of the time i can even get my mind off of it but it seems to always be in the back of my mind. i will also think that this is holding me back and it will never go away and that life if passing me by. i have no physical symptoms of any disorders that i have looked up so im just wondering what my problem could be. if any one has any ideas please let me know.
