i have been having really really bad anxiety recently except for this week. i got some advice.. just think positive things. it has honestly helped me out alot. i dont have half as much anxiety for now!!!

for every negative thought you have.. think of something possible to go along with it. it works!!! try it no matter how hard it is just think all positive things!! smile smile

Here's some more advise: asthmatics, breathe deeper. Anorexics, eat more. Insomniacs, get some sleep.

Just remember that with insomnia, not getting enough sleep is not a matter of choice. A typical insomniac would actually like nothing more than to sleep for hours and hours, but can't despite trying. Much the same is true for an asthmatic trying to breathe deeper.
