hi,
is it normal during panic attack? If I have one of these bad nights I go like
3-4 times to bathroom and I void like double the usual amount. Is it something to concern or not?
thanks

Hi

It is normal for the body to empty the bladder and bowels in response to fear. It's something that's evolved in animals to save weight at times of danger when we might have to flee.

Unfortunately, it is also a symptom of some illnesses so it might be worth mentioning to a doctor just to be on the safe side.
