I’ve been on low dose Paxil for years and started boo-hooing this past mid-April. The boo-hoos were every morning (I think I’ve told you about those spells). Doc upped my Paxil until I finally hit 50mg last month. The sweating drove me nuts so I asked doc about reducing Paxil. He reduced me to 37.5mg. I was on that for 3 days and went back to the 50mg because I started crying again.

I was feeling so good once the 50mg kicked in. And so soon after I dropped down, I feel like I am back to where I started. I expected the 50mg to kick back in as soon as I got back on it but this is my 4th day back on 50mg and I'm still boo-hooey. If you’ve taken it, have you experienced this before so quick after reducing a dose? And how long does it usually take to feel better again once you go back up on your dose?
