ok so im slowly adjusting to the new medication, and i am going out of town next week to visit my girlfriend, she only lives 4 hours away but i still feel anxious about going, like what if i had a paic attack while i was there, i've been there once before but that was with another friend that took me there, i was ok a lil bit anxious but i survived, so how here it goes going there by myself, but i told my g/f about the anxiety/panic attacks, she seems understanding enough so maybe with her company and support i should be fine!! wish me good luck everyone ill keep you'se posted
