Just thought I'd let you know that after probably 2 months my medication has kicked in and I'm getting out. Yippee!

Yesterday and today I took my son to preschool - today I even went inside the classroom. Very exciting. And then I went with a friend for a cappichino.

I finally feel like I am getting somewhere again.

I was house/yard bound and having attacks at home for you that didn't know. But no more random attacks at home and now I'm working on getting out there.

So don't despair. Remember baby steps will get you there. Grin

Thanks guys.

To further my accomplishments I am now driving to a nearby food shopping centre (it's a small plaza) with my husband and boys and going food shopping with them.

Today I drove all by myself to the doctors - she has upped my medication in the hope that it will reduce my need for the sedatives.
