Some people have phobias about dentists, about blood or injections, and also about contracting diseases. These phobias can lead to health problems if people avoid going to dentists, doctors, or hospitals and getting treatment for illnesses. Luckily treatment options are available for all of these types of problems with fairly good success rates. The therapy options involve educating people about their fears, helping expose them to their fears slowly, and changing their thinking and behavior.
