So I went to my bowling tournament this weekend, over 110 miles away from home. Have done it for the past 3 years. I now have my 4th year under the belt. Friday night I had an anxiety attack at the restaurant we were at. I made my husband walk me back to the hotel immediately!!! The friends we were with were great about the whole situation. I calmed down at the room and ended going back to the restaurant and then to the casino afterwards. I didn't die or embarass myself, I just went back. I'm proud of myself. Plus I had no anxiety for any of the events I bowled and my team is currently in 1st place for mixed team. There's still a month left of entries so wish my team luck!!!! My next adventure is my trip to Reno for the Womens National Bowling Tourney. That's in 2 weeks. I hope I don't overload!!!

Love Chele smile

wow, a bowling tournament, thats awesome! Thats cool you came back after leaving the restaurant.. I think if we all knew we could 'take a break' from things when we need to, it would help out alot. Much better than feeling trapped and unable to escape. smile

good luck on the next bowling game!
