Hi!
Thought I'd share this book with you all - 'The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook' by Edmund J. Bourne. Excellent! Deals with panic attacks, anxiety disorders, all ranges of phobias, self-talk, visualization, relaxation, asserting yourself, nutrition . . . . . . . . there is a section 'Health Conditions that may contribute to anxiety', I avoided this as I start worrying!! Overall, an excellent book with tasks that you can carry out, etc.

Happy reading!
