So last week, I was working out and felt great. But when I was on the treadmill, I took a quick look at my Heart rate and it said I had a 58 Heart rate. This after doing an intense workout. Well, I started feeling dizzy, my eyes got all watery and I felt as if I couldn't breath. I came to the conclusion that I panicked and had a panic attack.

Today however, I was driving around and I started seeing things. All of a sudden I felt as if I was going to pass out, started feeling needles on my fingers, and couldn't breath.

Are these symptoms of a Panic Attack? I haven't felt these symptoms so strong before, and it's really freaking me out. I do have a doctor's appointment and will definitely mention this to him, but would like to put my mind at ease if someone else has felt like this.

By the way, these attacks only lasted for 15 to 20 seconds. After that I felt fine.

What you're describing definitely sounds like a panic attack. I've experienced some of what you were feeling.
