Hi everyone.
Just want to say there is hope. I was pretty anxious a few years ago but things have been awesome lately. I'm so confident and feel centered and focused. Growing out of my 20s helped. experience gives you perspective and it's harder to worry about thigns when you realize it's just a part of the pattern of life.
liquid vitamin D and fish oils seem to help my mood a lot and I go to the gym three times a week.
I used to have a lot of sinus problems but surgery and allergy shots have helped a lot. I have not had a real cold since last March and it's been months since I got anxious thinking that my allergy symptoms were the beginning of a cold. I'm just not worried about getting sick all the time any more.
