Hello!! Welcome! I am so sorry that your anxiety has been really bad recently. It will get better in time.

Do you do any relaxation exercises regularly? I have found them very helpful in relaxing my body. As well, seeing a therapist might be a good idea if you aren't already.

I too have been suffering on and off for almost 20 years. I have good days and very bad days, but I think people like us tend to remember more of the bad times. My hypochondria and obsession with illness is debilitating and sometimes I wonder why I have been cursed with these problems.

Know that you are not alone, and treasure your good days. When things are going poorly and your anxiety peaks, try to remember that IT WILL PASS. Take your mind to pleasant memories.

Talk to someone you trust and let them know how you are feeling. This is very helpful for me.

Take care.
