Hi everyone..I am Sonya and I am 38..I live in Australia. I have had 3 nervous breakdowns and still suffer badly from anxiety from time to time. I take 150mg Efexor in the morning plus 10 mg largactil...bedtime is 100mg largactil, 1 endep and a herbal sleeping tablet. My main problem with getting to sleep is my anxiety overrides my will to sleep and keeps me awake. Does anyone have a different aspect to medications and what they have found work really well for them? I am at my wits end as I have my first grandchild due in 9 weeks and I want to be there for him and my daughter. Thanks in advance. Crying or Very sad
