In an effort to maintain the quality of this forum community we have created a list of rules. Here are a few rules everyone should abide by when participating in discussions on AnxietyForum.net. The rules are as follows:
1. Try not to use obscene or defamatory language here.
2. Do NOT advertise or spam (spamming results in an account ban or worse)
3. Do not give out personal information via forums.
4. Refrain from harrassing others.
5. Be respective of other people's opinions and or beliefs.
6. Be nice 
7. Post often.
